It can be intimidating try a new stylist or salon for the first time, especially if you are coming from a stylist/salon that wasn’t the most welcoming.

Those days are over! If you’re sitting in my chair, you’re sure to be loved on. Hope you like hugs!

what you can expect

Communication

You’ll receive text confirmation 72 hours prior to your appointment, please be sure to open the link and confirm so I know you are coming!

Coming prepared

Clean, dry hair is ideal for getting the best results possible for balayage, gray coverage and all foil work.

If we are doing any on the scalp bleaching, I recommend at least a couple days without washing, longer if you have a particularly sensitive scalp.

If you are getting any color service, I recommend wearing a shirt that you’re not attached to. Although I’m as neat as I can possible be, I would hate to get any color or lightener on your favorite top!

Model Treatment

I LOVE taking before and after photo and video of ladies just like you. Nothing makes me happier than showcasing, real women being themselves. Occasionally I won’t capture content during your appointment but its safe to assume I will.

Consultation

This is one of my secret ingredients to the client/stylist satisfaction formula! There’s no such thing as a stupid question, do not be afraid to ask anything you need to to alleviate fears, gain clarity or to fuel curiosity.

I LOVE to educate my guests on techniques, processes, home care and anything else that piques the interest.

We do a final consultation before we get started to make sure we are on the same page. I recommend having those inspiration photos handy so we can reference them again before I ever touch your hair with a color brush!

Policies

Cancellations

In the event that you need to move or adjust your appointment , I ask that give give at least 48 hours notice. Less than 24 hours notice is considered a cancellation, in which your deposit is forfeited, 50% of scheduled service is charged to the card on file. I do understand that life happens so I do allow for (1) grace appointment per client per year for late cancellations and no shows.

To book an appointment after cancellation/no show, the fee must be paid in full before you are able to book another appointment. No showing your appointment will result in online booking ban.

Late Arrivals

Services for clients running late will be adapted to fit the remaining appointment time without adjustment to pricing. Clients arriving more than 15 minutes late may need to be rescheduled and Cancellation Fees will apply.

Adjustments

I strive to offer my guests the highest level of satisfaction. If you are having challenges with your cut or color, please let me know within 7 days after your visit and I will be happy to correct the issue at no additional charge! Occasionally, guests may try something completely new to them and may decide that it was not the right look for them, this would not qualify as an adjustment. In this circumstance, any service rendered to change the look would be a paid service.
